Although Hank bitched me out for not being able to adequately explain what went wrong in Trevor's last PING Interclub tournament (the course was a complete piece of shit), we had a very productive lesson today. Hank was very interested in Trevor's set up, with his hands and to make sure the body keeps rotating to keep the club face square on impact. He also loved Trevor's take backs on his pitches with his lob wedge.
The boy and I had an absolute blast with Cliff and his buddy Normy. Normy looks very much like Jim Furyk. I LOVED this course - lots of elevation changes in a gorgeous setting. The kid shot an 81 and notched his 10th birdie of the year when he drove the green on the short par four 9th hole and two putted from the first cut. His reward was a ride in Uncle Cliff's Ferrari back to his place where we hung out for a couple of hours before our flight home.
