 Spent a full week up north and played Elephant Rocks on Thursday, Mesa Canyon on Friday, a practice round at Pinewood on Sunday, the tournament at Pinewood on Monday, and then a father/son round at Pinewood on Tuesday.   The boy shot a 55-46 101 at the tournament but lost many strokes due to a couple of OB shots off the tee and dealing with the three inch rough.     

 Great round with Uncle Kipp, who, despite five birdies, finished at even par.   Trevor was lights out with his chips, landing about 6 or 7 to within three feet from 20-30 yards out.   He finished with a 96 after two miserable holes where he found water and hazards.

Video First leg of the Southwest PGA Junior Prep Tour played at Talking Stick.   Great course, but very long - 6,500 yards.   They had him paired with two 16 year olds and a 17 year old because no one else was in his 13-14 boys division, which gave him the gold medal by default - LOL.   Shot a 105 but had some phenomenal bunker shots and drives.
