 The boy and I had an absolute blast with Cliff and his buddy Normy.   Normy looks very much like Jim Furyk.   I LOVED this course - lots of elevation changes in a gorgeous setting.   The kid shot an 81 and notched his 10th birdie of the year when he drove the green on the short par four 9th hole and two putted from the first cut.   His reward was a ride in Uncle Cliff's Ferrari back to his place where we hung out for a couple of hours before our flight home.

 Went straight from the airport to Green Valley Ranch in Denver to golf with Cliff.   Beautiful course with perfect conditions prior to the Colorado Open that will be played there next week. Made fun of Trevor for hitting from the flower-lined ladies tees!

 First of five lessons with Art Ecklund at Whirlwind.   We got the summer pass at Whirlwind from May 15 - Sept 3 and it has been sensational so far.   We're really going to try and get some sort of deal to continue to practice throughout the winter.   Fingers crossed.

 Great round with Uncle Kipp and his buddy Evan.   Highlight of the round was Uncle Kipp's tap in eagle on 14.   Yes, tap in eagle.   The boy was +17, which accomplished his goal of shooting sub-bogey golf before the summer ended.
